PR #87 · status marks return to the braille cell

Actual built Agent Manager surfaces. Four states are forced onto real sidebar rows and Overview tiles. The captures use reduced motion so working stays on ; the normal animation still cycles.

Light theme

Filled and outlined CSS rectangles sit beside the braille working glyph in both the sidebar and tile headers.
after
after light theme Agent Manager status marks
Every state is now a light braille glyph. Density and silhouette distinguish the stationary states without introducing another shape language.

Dark theme

before dark theme Agent Manager status marks
The filled accent and muted cells read as little blocks—visually heavier than the working mark.
after
after dark theme Agent Manager status marks
The same 12.5px Geist Mono glyph and 15 × 13.13px cell render on both surfaces; accent and muted roles are unchanged.
Overview coverageTiles shown above; the list-card headers were also exercised in both themes with the same four glyphs and geometry.
Plain dots preservedThe real Settings ready dot and Usage provider dot remain 8 × 8, keep their inline colour, and have no pseudo-element.
No state collisionThe three static glyphs do not occur in the animation. Reduced-motion working freezes on ⠋, distinct from all three.
