Managed skills: prevent accidental deletion and overwrites

Ownership of individual files, create-only uploads, revision checks and permanent deletion with explicit confirmation. No trash, backups, undo or content history was added.

All screenshots use a disposable test server and synthetic skills. No operator homes, sessions or credentials are used.

Create-only upload conflict

The existing source is preserved. The upload offers a different name or Cancel.

Stale save preserves the buffer

A second tab has saved. The first tab retains its selected filename and entered content.

Permanent deletion confirmation

The dialog shows the exact source name and five managed installations. Cancel receives initial focus.

Partial deletion and scoped retry

Four files are already absent; one remains. The source is retained, the failure stays visible, and retry uses the original target set.
